Eastern School of Music, Art, and Dance

Founded in 1998, the Eastern School of Music, Art, and Dance trains and nurtures artists of all ages. The primary goal for the school’s founding is to give the best possible education to students in the New York/New Jersey/Long Island area.

All faculty members at the Eastern School have degrees greater than or equal to a Master’s Degree in their respective fields. Many of our professors have Doctorate Degrees, including the school’s founder, Dong Ki Shin. They are all respected individuals who are actively participating in various orchestras and ensembles in the New York/New Jersey area, including but not limited to, the New York Symphony Orchestra, the Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra, and the Queens Philharmonic.
